There are several hardware kits available online, but I actually bought the 'official' Coxpal hardware kit. The phone app is nice. Not only can you use it to watch videos, but for me it is the most useful because it allows you to quickly check your settings/configuration and make corrections. All in all, this is a great dual camera.
