I bought them for my niece who loves dinosaurs. It is medium for US girls (size 7). According to the dimensional grid I took the size 8-9 years and they fit perfectly. This is her favorite underwear. She likes the soft, fabric-covered belt. They also don't give her wedges like some hipsters and boy shorts do. It's been a few months and so far they've held up in the washing machine (cold) and dryer. On the front, they're like underwear for some boys, so I'd call them pretty unisex.
