Pump installed, running stably for 2 months. I bought a pump with a propeller and stainless steel housing because of the longevity. I hope so, we'll find out. But the pump worked without any problems and very quietly. I set it to maximum to circulate hot water to the other side of the house faster since the water heater is at the very end of the garage. Therefore he has to walk 60 to 70 feet to the master bedroom. Depending on the outside temperature, the pump needs 30 to 45 seconds to supply the bath with hot water. I'm in Central Florida and when the temp hits 30 the pump takes about 45 seconds. that I don't have much time left for the distance he has to cover. The only issue I have is the toggle switch, third from the right of the three sets of switches, which I have to hold down for 45 seconds to direct hot water to the bathroom. I need to look at a 1 minute timer that I can set to 45 seconds and do what I need to do. I recommend this pump because it is very quiet and quiet in operation and because it has a stainless steel impeller and body. that last longer than those made of steel.
