I do not recommend it for a motorcycle
I bought it for my son on a motorcycle. As a mother, I worry about distracted drivers and want to be seen at night. These have not succeeded. One was hit after going off the road. Later he had to stop to remove the remaining light. He said as the wheel spun, the light caught on and caused him to tap, tap, tap. I'm sure these lights would be noticeable on a car or truck.
