, I had 4 GB RAM (2x2 GB) in my old i3 desktop. When I opened the calculator I saw that there were indeed 4 RAM slots so I decided to order this 4GB stick. It was the cheapest 4GB stick of RAM I could find and to be honest I had never heard of Patriot RAM. But I decided to try. I put the new Patriot stick in the second RAM slot since 1 and 4 were already occupied. I booted up my computer and immediately identified the additional memory. The computer works well for only $20 and about 20 seconds of work. Recommended especially for older systems.
