I would give 4/5 stars for this shoe because it is comfortable, and I loved this shoe because it went really well with my all-silver sequence gown that I wore to a banquet. I noticed, when I tried the shoe on before the function that one of the heels felt a little off. I didn't pay much attention because I thought that it was because I was flat footed. When I wore the shoe to the banquet dinner, it felt like one of the heels was bowing backward. When I returned to the hotel, I discovered, not one but both heels, were defected and the screws that held the heels onto the shoe were coming out, which detached the heel from the shoe. How embarrassing! Luckly, the heel held on until I could walk from the banquet hall and my dress covered my shoes.
