So we finally managed to give birth to our son with this device. We were worried that we would have to have a cesarean and get stuck, but luckily that didn't happen. Our doctors and hospital staff had never seen this tool before and were thrilled to see it in action. It initially helped over the first few bumps, but we found the support end struggled to maintain traction. The floor in the hospital was slippery, so it was difficult for someone who was pulling to stay on their feet. As a mom in stirrups, I had a brace and was deadlifting stronger than my counterweight, so it wasn't as useful as I expected. In the end, the doctor asked me to give up and just push manually. Now I feel like I'm stuck with it and don't really know how to get rid of it. I'm not sure if I can resell this.
