I am thrilled with the entire experience.
Not only does Boomset make it incredibly simple to host a great conference but it provides amazing value for my customers. The service level is superb. If anything ever goes wrong, Boomset has a 24 hour turnaround for any issue. As an organizer, I find it extremely helpful having everything automated so there is no guesswork involved when dealing with things like registration or billing. Also being able to send out emails without having to manually log into the server makes this whole process much easier. In addition, the ease at which one can add content such as videos from YouTube, Vimeo etc., was something I had never seen before. Lastly, the fact that you get your own dedicated IP address means that if someone else tries to hack into your site, they will be unable to access the information.

- Excellent support for issues and questions (and even better, the support is available around the clock)
- There is no audio or video chat feature, which would have been nice.
- You don't get a live feed of what is happening on your website while the event is running
- Some content can be uploaded in a very specific format and it is unclear how the upload works
