I like that it is easy to use, has great customer support (both live chat & email), can be accessed from anywhere with an internet connection - even your phone! It's not cheap but there are some free features as well which makes things more affordable for smaller businesses or startups who don't have large budgets yet. There isn’t much you dislike about this software other than maybe its price point could make sense if they were able offer better discounts/promotions in order to attract new customers / retain current ones? The best thing would probably just be their excellent team of developers behind them though so no complaints here really :) We're solving our own problems by using uptrends at my work place because we want access 24 hours 7 days 365 day year round via mobile devices such as tablets etc.
