I used this headset's microphone with two different Android phones - LG G5 and Pixel 3A - and used it to broadcast my yoga classes on Facebook Live. It's not easy to find any wireless headset mic that can be used with a smartphone for webcasting, so you're stuck with a phone mic. When you need some distance -- for example, to demonstrate yoga poses -- your voice won't be heard well. Hence the need to improve the microphone. I tried the $55 shotgun first. but it didn't have an adequate sound field, so I got it almost the same moment it became available. Installation and connection couldn't be easier. The microphone itself is a short cardioid sound field designed for use near the mouth, 2-3 inches maximum. Fairly good fidelity, better than you would expect for the price. The main thing is that it works. If you exercise actively, you'll need to squeeze or otherwise fiddle with the thin, springy wire frame: wear the headband in place and look very athletic while jumping.
