Great extension, but unless you're huge you won't need it.

If you don't have arms like muscular heads then you don't need this. I'm a 6ft 6in, 290 tall guy and thought I needed an extender for my iPod holder like I used to. This is not the case with newer holders. Lots of space. I took advantage of this immediately when the retainer arrived out of habit and couldn't tighten it enough to stay on my arm (which is a good thing). Unless you're a Mr. Olympia contestant, you don't need this belt , which is great, if so, then I have nothing to complain about the stars.
