Weak terminal blocks, no fuse, rattles

Weak sheet metal terminal blocks. Both were bent brand new out of the box. There is no fuse to protect you in the event of a malfunction or overload. The pump is not tight in the case, so there is a knock when you shake the case. The power cord strain relief is wobbly. The positive battery connects to the load (motor) first, then goes to the switch, to the negative battery (ground), then to the switch. In my opinion, this is a safety violation: the line (positive) must always go to the switch first, and then to the load (motor) second. I stick to using my shop vacuum to vacuum up the automatic transmission fluid and engine oil. It's easy installation: Take a sturdy container with a lid, drill a 1/4" hole for a 1/4" pipe and a larger 1" hole for a vacuum hose, suck it up with a household vacuum cleaner completely. Liquid comes out at a rate of approximately 1 cup per minute. My Ridgid brand shop vacuum cleaner motor heats up to 130 degrees Fahrenheit at maximum vacuum; This is within the thermal limit of the engine, which can reach boiling point.
