First let me say that the company that sells this product has the best customer service I have ever dealt with. My wife originally gave this product 1 star because this shower head makes a loud noise. Before the night was over, the customer service of this company contacted us. After shooting a video proving the squeaking, we received a replacement in less than a week. Unfortunately the same problem when replacing. Our daughter has one of these shower heads so I'll check it out over the weekend and see if it's installed differently. If so I'll give an updated 3 star rating. At the moment I can only give 3 stars due to the unsatisfactory effectiveness of the product. However, the customer service is definitely a 5.
