Simply the best on-camera flash for Sony APS-C or full frame mirrorless cameras

The Godox V860II-S is a fantastic aftermarket flash designed for Sony APS-C and full frame mirrorless cameras became . Very reliable as I had 2 other Godox flashes for my Sony A7R3 and A7III I added this flash because I now have limited access to my home studio in Miami due to being in New Jersey and this coronavirus pandemic all travel has restricted. The V860II-S has some very desirable features that are only found in high-end flashes, which I enjoy using: 1. Sony high-speed sync, up to 1/8000s. The high-speed sync is extremely useful when you shoot a lot outdoors or want to use a shallow depth of field in bright conditions. much faster shutter speed compared to the camera's x-sync speed, which is typically less than 1/250. If you don't have HSS, you'll need to use an ND filter to lower the exposure to get the same shot. The Wireless Commander module is built into the flashlight itself. The Godox 2.4GHz Wireless Launch System is powerful and easy to use. The V860II-S can act as a commander flash, powering two more groups of flashlights, and even act as a fill flash when mounted over the camera's hot shoe. Or you can simply mount it off-camera using the included Godox Bowen adapter to allow the off-camera flash to function as a slave unit. Super versatile 3. The rechargeable lithium-ion battery can fire 650 shots at full power 1:1 with a reload time of 1.5 seconds. This is actually a very powerful flash, so with normal use the flash rarely draws 1:1 power and recharges instantly, meaning you can shoot for a full day on one battery. (But I always carry a backup battery with me, just in case!) It's like having 8 AA batteries in the camera, but the lithium-ion battery is also pretty light, which also saves weight. It is charged with the included quick charger, which fully charges the 2000 mAh battery in just a few hours. With Sony's own $399/$599 flashes, you're missing either a commander, the benefit of a lithium battery, or the powerful flash that the V860II has. -S offers, so it's no problem for me to get this flash and start using it immediately! for sale so no complaints. I love this flash and highly recommend it to all Sony users!
