This product does exactly what it was designed to do! I sit at my office computer 6-8 hours a day and I have to admit that I'm hunched over most of the time. I wear this product at work for an hour or two every day. Around noon I usually feel tingling and numbness in my upper back and with this product that has completely stopped! Also, I use a rubber band during the day to exercise my back muscles while sitting at the desk. Great accessory! I would recommend this product to anyone struggling with postural issues or sitting at a desk all day!
