Review on Grebrafan Steampunk Women's Tulle Multi Layered High Low Midi Skirt - Perfect for Party Outfits by Tammy Smith

This skirt is very cute for my steampunk costume. It stretches a little at the top but also opens at the side for easier dressing. The color corresponds to the picture. The only thing that doesn't match (and I even like it better) is that it looks like a little skirt in the picture. The fit is actually about mid-thigh at the front and just below the knee at the back. Looks cute and fluffy. For the record, I'm 5'4 and have a small one.
