So far both are working perfectly. Gave 5 stars

Reviews were mixed people saying or thinking just replace the cartridge. Many said the printout featured ghost lines and scrawls. I followed the procedure Xerox used to service their copiers, which also had lines and smudges on the printouts. I replaced the cartridge and drum with EZ Ink compatible cartridges. So far both are working perfectly. I gave him 5 stars.
