This product is best for dealing with septic tanks
We have been using Microbe-Lift for 20 years and have never had a problem with our septic tank or field. We use kitchen recycling regularly so food ends up in the tank too and that has never been a problem either. We love the fact that you only have to use it every six months unlike many other products. I only gave the smell category 4 stars because the smell is really bad when you open the bottle, but it dissipates quickly (within minutes) once the product is flushed down the toilet. We will never switch to any other product for our septic tank.
