I thought it was a very good deal but I think you get what you pay for. The shaft lasted a little over a year, the plastic casing fell apart in several places. After a few months of ownership the frame around the display started to separate from the display and now the hinge is broken and everything is falling apart (see photo) requiring replacement. It is little used and never leaves the house, so not from excessive wear and tear; This is because the plastic case construction is cheap. A year is too short for a laptop.
