Review on 🔪 Tweezerman Safety Slide Callus Shaver with Rasp: Fast and Gentle Corn and Callus Removal by Mindy Light

Received yesterday, used this morning. It worked very well. I'm no longer flexible so it's not easy for me to force myself to see what I'm doing and do it, but this product worked so quickly that I was able to get the job done before I got to the point had that I couldn't twist my leg like that anymore. The rasp has worked much better than the ones I've bought over the years so I'm happy with the performance of the product. Instructions or lack thereof is another case. They are very vague and incomplete. I finally got on the internet, watched a few videos, read a bunch of reviews and understood, but why can't they tell you that the rasp falls off at the end for easy cleaning? Or that you have to pull out a small bladed shield? I figured it out myself very quickly, but it would be nice to have a little forethought. It's a good tool, but customer support needs some work. Many older people don't have access to a computer or the ability to find and use videos and reviews on the internet, and dealing with arthritis and other issues isn't as easy as it used to be. I give the product 5 stars for use and no stars for instructions, so 4 stars is higher.
