Since the fan only cools one side of the motherboard (the CPU is on the bottom), it can fry a little on the side when cooling is inactive, which isn't a big deal if you're not concerned about your WiFi going down because you started a quick start. This is made easier in my case since I'm using Ethernet, but it's worth noting. Since there is only one fan and it is not small, it is actually very quiet.
