Review on Stay Dry and Comfortable with FROGG TOGGS Women's Classic Pro Action Rain Pant - Waterproof and Breathable! by Richard Ahmar

TERRIBLE, VERY UNFRIENDLY

Where do I start?1) The fabric is just awful, you make so much noise movement. It's like you're a bag of chips (you can't even grab it calmly). 2) The fabric is hard, not easy to work with. I have no idea why this product is advertised as suitable for running, hiking and biking when I can't even squat down without feeling like the material is about to tear. 3) FABRIC AGAIN. If you've ever gotten one of those cheap pillows or blankets that airlines sometimes give out on flights...this is what those pants look like...only thicker. because I needed waterproof pants for work) and I absolutely swim in them. I can't even tighten my waist because all three pants had a drawstring waist issue. Pair 1 and 2 came with one side of the drawstring tucked in (and it was bloody impossible to get the drawstring out the other side), and pair 3 came with NO STRING AT ALL. 6) Again, I'm 5 years old. '6 is about 162 pounds and the size chart says to run big. And they are too long for me. When I use the ankle strap, the fabric creases uncomfortably at the knee. When I roll it up it looks awkward, and if I leave it at regular length...well, I'm so "graceful"...I'll probably find a way to fall down a flight of stairs. 7) The proportions are so wrong. . They weren't made for curvy girls, I have thick thighs and a moderate amount of "trunk in the trunk" if you get my meaning... and these pants disrupt my eternal essence. They are too tight in the buttocks, but too loose in the front?!? (You can see how loose they are in the front in the picture, I was standing up straight like a normal person). How does that even happen? I feel like my butt would have more room if I wore these things backwards. And then of course they're really long and the legs are really baggy... until you bend over or squat and feel like you're losing circulation in your thighs. 8) When I squat, a lot of skin is visible and most likely if I put them on I would come home soaked. 9) They advertise "light weight" but weigh the same as a pair of very stiff jeans. 10) I started overheating and sweating in my pants. 3 minutes in the air conditioner. What's the point of being waterproof if you just wet the fabric? In summary: don't buy them, they are a waste of time and money. I'LL BE BACK. I will report how their support team is handling the situation.

Pros
  • Oversized leg openings with adjustable Velcro straps allow for easy on and off of pants from wellies or shoes
Cons
  • Almost everything is ok
