I ordered these last summer and they were exactly as promised - easy to fit into my truck in the reverse and parking lights and very bright. About 9 months later I noticed that one of them was out of service - no visible signs that anything had gone wrong, but it just stopped glowing. I contacted the seller (Tri-Sense) and they immediately sent me a replacement - not just one bulb but a whole pack of 4 in case one of the other bulbs in the original set later failed. I wasn't even asked to return the originals. While a 9 month outage is not good I still give this 5 stars as they generally work as expected and the company is willing to replace them. I hope it was just an accident!
