Buy one size smaller, it's good for me
Quality and color are excellent. My husband is 5'11", 183 pounds and has an athletic build. He usually wears a large size which is convenient for him to train in. Came back a large size for a medium size, much better. If you want the model to look more fitted, go 2 sizes down instead of 1.
