Like all good tools, it helps you create better processes. It enables us to see our day-to-day activities in one place. It's not fully automated so we still need some manual effort of sending tasks from one project to another but with this tool at hand, we can do it easily. I don't have anything to mind about this tool as such. It is an excellent tool for those who want to manage projects efficiently. The free version is just great. There is no hidden cost like most similar services. Highly recommendable for any team who wants to manage multiple projects simultaneously without missing a single task. It helps us organize and follow up on all projects.
