Saved my garden and sanity πŸ˜ŽπŸ˜‚πŸŒΏ

I am SO happy with this device that allows me to connect garden hoses to my kitchen faucet to water walkways, windows and landscapes. I am the owner of the last lakefront condo at the end of a large 25 acre gated community with lots of wildlife, foliage and rainstorms that require regular attention but are ignored by our landscapers, staff and security guards. We had water theft so the staff blocked all the drains. TBH I was upset because especially since March 2020 I have been taking care of this abandoned area and creating a beautiful lush garden that everyone enjoys. I invest a lot of time, money and sweat and it's very rewarding. I decided to google "how to attach a garden hose to a kitchen faucet" and read MANY reviews of the different types (male/female) offered and it confused me but I didn't give up but didn't want to buy the wrong fitting for mine special kitchen faucet (cheap manufacturer). Thanks to the many who took the time to explain, so I'll try to do the same. I'll post pictures that hopefully explain better than my inexperienced explanations: 1. My kitchen faucet has a tip (aerator) that unscrews on the left, then there are lugs (male) that you screw the adapter onto. I attached the female part of this item to the open spout of the above kitchen faucet3. I then attached the female end of the garden hose to the underside of this adapter, which is a male connector, and turned on the water, and hooray, outside water through my 100ft or my 50ft garden hose!

Pros
  • Great price
Cons
  • Big and bulky
