Second time?

I received the car in less than perfect condition. The cables in the machine were unkempt, not what they normally should be. Then I pulled out of the car. It's very durable and the engine seemed slower than expected for a new car. Then I took out the cutting plates and they were scratched, it looks like someone even tried to carve something small. New machines usually have crystal clear panels when first started. It was obvious that this was not a new car as others had assumed. I returned it.
