I bought these pads thinking I would give them to my 5 year old daughter when she goes biking or skateboarding with her friends. The product is pretty good, things seem to be well made. The velcro fits well and is well stitched so it sticks really well when you wrap it around your wrist or whatever. They are a little bigger than I thought they would be though, I thought they would fit my daughter but turned out to fit a child aged 7-12 better. They still sit on it, but a little loose. I love everyone's hard shells, they really seem to be helping her, she even crawled across the floor to check them and they were nice, she said. I also like that they come with a small pine case so you can slip them into a bag when not in use, carry them around easily, or even tuck them in your backpack or car for later use.
