Claimed speed is 520 MB/s / 320 MB/s. Installed instead of a hard drive. I tested the speed below the declared one. It will be seen on the screen. The first result is a hard drive and the second is ADATA Ultimate As you can see, the speed of the solid state drive is twice as fast. The temperature is stable all the time 40 gr no more no less
