Review on Preserve Freshness and Flavor with Snips 035003 Farm Cheese Keeper by Mark Tarnowski

I wanted to return it because it was way bigger than I expected. For some reason I imagined them to be the size of a European-style butter dish. Spoilers, it isn't. That's entirely up to me as I didn't read the description. That being said, I decided to put my cheese on it and see if it dries. I had camembert, some Harz cheese and sharp cheddar. I love having it warm to room temperature and even letting cheese like brie or camembert "run" a little, but that can be a pain in packaging. Turns out I really like the container. All of my cheeses fit on one tray, it's securely sealed and doesn't let air through. I love cheese and always have several types on hand. Now I don't have to rummage through the deli drawer to find what I want. Everything is OK.
