This is a very good phone mount, but it doesn't work properly with Otterbox Defender Pro on Samsung Note 20 Ultra. Upon arrival I knew immediately that it would not work as intended. I was able to fit my Note 20 Ultra into the mount but had to push it through the foam padding a bit. The phone stayed in place, but after activating the mount to release it, I saw no movement. With so little room for the mechanism to actually open and close. I know this mechanism will not last long. Using a caliper, I measured the opening and width of the phone. The maximum opening of the bracket is 3.42. Otterbox Defender Pro for Note 20 Ultra – 3.5260.
