They did not work in headphones

Capsules were not connected to the same device. One connects to my phone, the other to my computer. When I turned off Bluetooth on one of the devices, the module just didn't play any sound. I think it's some kind of manufacturing error. They sent me a replacement and the process was sooo easy, that's what.
