Delivery - a very large box and very heavy. but it's good as it was packaged securely, installed straight away and the instructions were easy to follow. You need a screwdriver and that's it. They give you the Allen tool you need to drive most screws. I used a powered driver as it took less time. Just be careful not to overtighten the screws and snap them off. I installed it in about an hour. Cats eventually decided to try and help by running around, but that's what our kids do best. Quality - I love the color and it seems really stable. It's big enough for my 12 lb cat to snuggle on. and perfect for the bedroom. The metal side seems solid but I won't be standing on top so I think it will survive a couple of cats sleeping indoors on top. I really like the shelves, they are quite deep but I have to be careful not to stack too much on them because they look so clean. The only thing I would like are the rails on the box. The drawer just slides out and is secured against falling out by two plastic clips on the inside at the top. If you pull it out, the cat won't know what it is. They have to find a dampening solution or just don't add much as long as they use it.
