I love that you can create custom channels for each of your prospects, so they see relevant content to them as well! The ability is really helpful in automating various tasks we perform manually with other tools/software such has HubSpot or Salesforce etc..
One thing which could be improved more would be an easier way (or even better option) when creating campaigns from scratch where there are no lead records already present but only available info like contact person's information - i have been able find any kind of guidance around this issue yet!! Other than these few points it works great! We were looking at Lead Management Software solutions specifically targeting our clients who want leads via email marketing automation /lead nurturing using outbound prospecting methods & manual follow ups by us.We had many different requirements including integration capabilities wtih existing CRM systems used within organisation eg :SalesForce org., Marketing Automation.
