I love how easy it is for me as an user of this product! It's so simple that even someone with no technical knowledge can use them easily by just clicking few buttons (like "test" or launch).
Also there are many tutorials about each feature available online which makes things really easier in case you need help from support team at any time while using your automation script. Nothing much but if everything goes well then i think we won't have issues when working together. We're solving problems related customer experience management within our organization - both internal employees/users & external clients who interact through us via web applications like Zendesk ticket system etc.,.
