Easy for people like me who don't have much time
At first the rod was very stiff and difficult to turn but I wet it and it became light and flexible. I wouldn't use this for short hair, I'm shoulder length and it's about what I would recommend. But it's so easy and since I hate styling my hair this is perfect for styling it and then getting that perfect wavy look.
