My first pair didn't match the seller's sizing chart. I measured according to her instructions and ordered according to the chart, but the pieces were too big. The company was very good and made it easy and painless to swap out for the next smaller size. Unfortunately the second pair sent was exactly the same size - they exchanged straight away instead of sending me the next smaller size. Guys: very well made from good leather. The clasps are quite stiff but they do loosen over time and I would prefer to start with hard clasps rather than light ones. The seams appear to be very strong. They felt stiff when first put on, but after a good treatment with leather conditioner they are much softer and more comfortable. I would definitely recommend them to biker friends and have already done so to a friend.
