It's ok for the money. Was surprised how well the wood matches the original wood finish, around 95% which is quite amazing. It has a slightly cheesy feel to it, but not bad. The main problem is how the wood is constructed. I ended up moving up and down rather than side to side because it flows better and I get a black piece that holds up better. . But it's still about half an inch where the wood feels wrong in any configuration. However, it leaves a 3/4 gap where you can see the old skin all around. Not like a suitcase with lacing. And it's DEEP. I used 2 screwdrivers and if you do everything right everything will come loose after 5 minutes. I used one to stretch it like an old inner tube or tire on the bottom of the wheel and the other rider moved it into the ledge to tuck in and roll along the trail. No heating required, this was done in partial sun at 70 degrees. I also started with 1 driver to reorganize myself. In general, for such money is not bad. I have to laugh at some of the claims that it adds "class" to your car. Real leather is better for this, but if you want wood trim, this is about the best a Toyota can get.
