Review on 💻 Enhanced Belkin 4-Port Ultra-Mini USB 2.0 Hub by Edwin Black

I bought this USB hub to use with my Macbook Pro. As a USB hub, it fits my Macbook Pro perfectly, absolutely no connection problems and all ports work perfectly. The problem is that the cable is too short. The cable that connects to the computer is only about **5 inches** long, and to me that negates the usefulness of a USB hub. I'm not even sure I can think of a situation where such a short line would be beneficial. I take my laptop to work almost every day and I wanted to use this device to quickly plug and unplug all USB devices at once and move the mess of USB cables from the side of my computer to the back of my desk. This hub has made my desk even messier. My laptop is elevated a few inches on the stand so when using this device the actual part of the hub dangles from my computer's USB port and barely scratches the desk directly connected to the computer. The product description lists the length of the cable, so the buyer could not know about this issue unless he or she happens to see it mentioned in a review. And besides the main purpose of providing more ports, many people buy USB hubs to hide cable clutter by replacing 4 or 6 cables with just one. So if you're looking for a USB with a cord cut, this works well. If you really need a cable, look elsewhere.
