There is a fundamental flaw in the logic of the motion sensor. When it sees motion the light turns on and the timer starts, apparently ignoring input from the motion sensor until the timer expires and the light turns off. As soon as you move, it turns itself back on and repeats the cycle. The light must go out before the motion sensor is activated again. Every other motion sensor in the world works if the motion sensor turns on the light and while motion is detected the light stays on, when no motion is detected the timer starts and the light turns off at the end of the delay. . It would also be nice if there was an adjustable time delay for the switch-on delay, similar to a wall light switch with a motion sensor. So a glaring night light and flash rendered useless by a horrible conversion when the motion sensor is on
