I always buy Wahls and they last 3-5 years. I took a chance buying this cheaper hair clipper with great reviews. This is a very stylish device with three adjustable blade lengths. The most important thing for me was the adjustable blades, since I trim without guides. I didn't like the severe scalp burns my latest Wahl clippers gave me, so I went with this brand for less than half the price. Right out of the box I tested it on my head and was very pleased with the ease of use, the adjustable blade and the digital display showing the charge percentage. I wish it had come with a holdall but it's not a deal breaker. I put a solid five +!
