This product had benefits such as the natural feel of just cleaning yourself without anything in hand. The product shrinks when put in water so it will fit nice on your hand and no risk of it falling off. One of the disadvantages is not completely being able to reach all areas with just my hand such as my back. Also its a little rougher material than I prefer so you have to be gentle or else it will leave you itchy from being too rough on your skin.
