Here is the gift, so the purchase is not verified. The first months were great. Then the right earpiece lost volume. The one on the left worked fine. I restarted and reconnected my headphones. It didn't help. So I used the left earbud but then it lost volume. I restarted both earbuds and the sound is back. However, I could no longer hear both headphones at the same time. If I want to switch the headphones from left to right or vice versa, I have to disconnect and fix them.
