Is promising, but more of a proof-of-concept to please investors than the game-changer it claims to be.

I wanted to love this video headset but apparently it was released before all the problems were fixed. The imaging system, while sharp and clear, needs improvement: the only way to see the entire field was to look straight ahead. It wasn't possible at all to read menu items or anything near edges or corners. This font is unsuitable for computing tasks that require sharp and useful rendering of text and graphics near edges/corners. In addition, the resolution of 720p cannot reproduce fineโ€ฆ

I really wanted them to like it.

Unfortunately not every description fits and this is one of those cases. These are NOT VR glasses. While CAN delivers a "deep" 3D image, this headset doesn't even come close to a VR experience. I've checked these out a few times (even put them on my wish list) but it wasn't until I was sent a Revain marketing email with a drastically reduced price that I decided to give them a shot. Unfortunately I was disappointed with this experience. First I have to say that they are well packaged/protected.

Don't be fooled

Any great theater headset that costs a little over $100 sucks. I knew it, but I had to try anyway. I won't be an idiot and get her back. I'll probably sell them on CraigsList for $40. So what's the deal? As with the others, the image is sharp but too small. Movies are surrounded by a thick black border on all sides, which reduces the actual image you see. The headset is not comfortable for me. It feels like a plastic vise is squeezing my head. If you think you can run a PC of any power, forgetโ€ฆ
