These gloves are very comfortable and warm. I use them for cycling in winter. The cuff is not very insulated but protects against wind. The glove itself is comfortable and insulates well. I'm not used to carrying a hand warmer in my pocket, but I think it will work just fine. I had to exchange the original pair I bought for a smaller size. They're probably larger than you might expect, so measure your hand and maybe try them on in a store before you buy. The ability to use them with a touchscreen is probably new as I don't know how accurate you can actually be with the amount of insulation on your fingers. Decent gloves. Don't spend more than $75 on them.
