Review on Nespresso EN80B De'Longhi Original Espresso Machine: Compact and Sleek Black Design, 12.6 x 4.7 x 9 inches by Andrew Pickering

I bought this product a few months ago. Now I decided to use it and the device loses water, does not dispense espresso well. Revain referred me to Nespresso and they informed me that this is no longer in production and has not been in production for a while. Nespresso offered me a new purchase discount if I wanted to buy an item that was already in production. Why offer products that are no longer used? Nespresso has informed me that parts for discontinued products are not available. Revain, this is my first major dissatisfaction with a purchase. I feel that more attention needs to be paid to the items you offer. If it were possible it would be presented with no star rating. Dissatisfied.
