The shower head is great. It replaces one that sprays too wide for the very small basement shower it is used in. Basically we wanted to thank Pfister for the support. We installed a shower almost 10 years ago and there was a leak. We were having trouble figuring out what to order, so my husband called Pfister customer service. and a NEW part will be sent free of charge. and then they kept on the phone with him while he replaced the part because it didn't look exactly like the part that was removed. The best technical support in years! When we decided to replace our shower head, choosing a Pfister wasn't an easy task!
