I read many reviews on several products before deciding to try this one. Some reviewers have mentioned that the clips alone don't provide enough strength that you don't have to drill holes in the speaker and use security screws. Since this was the only product I found that didn't require drilling, I decided to give it a try. What a great solution! The clamps tightened as tightly as I needed and the speakers didn't even move. Also, judging by the reviews, I was a bit concerned that the depth of my speakers (11 inches) would prevent me from tilting them towards my main listening position. I didn't really care since I had the surround back speakers hung, but I was surprised again! The speakers could be placed at an angle, no problem! installed and it only took about 45 minutes to have my two speakers hung on the wall. Overall I'm very satisfied and would definitely buy them again if I had to add more speakers. I have no doubts that they are safe and fall proof. One thing I also have to mention is that my speakers don't point down very far, which is great for my setup. I didn't tilt them down initially due to feedback I need a security screw, but now I'd happily tilt them at a greater angle if I wanted to. The ceramics I hung were Bowers and Wilkins CM5s and they weighed about 20 pounds.
