The ability to have multiple numbers associated with one account is great! It's easy to manage calls from different departments in an organization as well as incoming phone lines that are not connected directly into our PBX system at work but still need access via VoIP or softphone applications like Skype/TeamSpeak etc..
I wish it was easier (or maybe even possible)to add more extensions without having to purchase additional licenses of this product which can be expensive depending upon your needs - so we're stuck between two worlds here where you don't want too many users accessing these features yet they also do require some upkeep costs if there aren't enough people using them regularly over time. We've been able to provide employees who use their own devices outside office hours better flexibility by allowing remote workers to make VOICE CALLS through the app rather than relying solely on email communication during off-hours when business isn't flowing smoothly.
