I needed shoes for toddlers with small feet - they were perfect. They sit well on her, hold her well, walk her well (they have little grip points on the sole). As long as all seams are kept taut, the loops will be straight. Can't speak for any other design/color but so far the silver pair is great with bows and dots on the sole. Well I opened them up and they were BOTH LEFT shoes. They still appear to be of decent quality and the design of the shoe isn't as contoured but it's definitely a quality control issue.
